Karen Lee Widman, age 76, of Wells died Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Clarks Crossing Assisted Living in Wells, MN. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 31, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells with Pastor Dan Foster officiating.  A public visitation will be held Friday, October 30, 2020 at Bruss-Heitner Funeral Home in Wells from 4:00-7:00 PM. Karen was born November 1, 1943 in Storm Lake, IA the daughter of Wilbur and Neva (Weller) Widman. After graduating high school in Minnesota Lake in 1962, Karen attended college in Mankato, MN. She went on to be a data entry supervisor. Karen enjoyed many hobbies, her favorite being bowling, watching sports, and reading Danielle Steel romance novels.

Karen is survived by her daughter Lisa Harris of Wells, MN; granddaughter Erica Widman and grandsons: Paul and Jordan Widman; a great-granddaughter: K’moura Widman; brother George (wife Deb) Widman of Wells, MN; sister-in-law: Linda Widman and brother-in-law: Bernie Marshall.

Karen is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Roger Widman and sister, Charlotte Marshall.
