Dear family of Shirley, our condolences to you all. We pray for you all, as you are remembering strongly her last days. Hold on to all those happy times with your mom! She could make you laugh, that is for sure ! We have told her over and over again, how grateful we are for all the loving care she gave to our dad in his last days and all through. She was such a gentle spirit of a lady. I loved talking with her about the end times 🙂 We had good conversations over that. Shirley was a wonderful grandma to our children! She babysat them when they were small. They remember the fun they had with her, and of course her great cooking! Her pot roast meals, and strawberries, YUM 🙂 Hold on to that strong faith that she had in our Lord Jesus, as I am sure she shared with you all. she wants you all to be with her someday in heaven:) love Lynn & Don

Doris and I would like to extend our condolences to the family. While we lived in Wells Shirley came to our home for many Bible Studies and she was a wonderful Godly woman and we enjoyed our fellowship with her. May God comfort you at this time and may your comfort come from knowing that she is in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
Deepest sympathy on the loss of your Mom.

Have so many awesome memories, as a wonderful step Mom and Mother in law to John and I, great grandma to our kids, we all spent a lot of time together! Great wife to our Dad,( Dale Rumsey) especially the tender loving care during his long health issues and keeping him at home so we could all be with him at the end. I will so miss our long conversations by phone over the years after her moving back to Wells. So greatfull we have our whole family(the Olson’s) picture of us, our kids and grandkids(all 21!!) with Shirley at her house a few years ago…perfect picture !! So going to miss her, God Bless, Love, John and Ruth Ann Olson and family
