Monica Sue Babin-Bowen, age 49, of Minnesota Lake, MN, died Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at her home in Minnesota Lake, MN. A Memorial Service will be held 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Albert Lea, MN, with President Brian Jeppson officiating. Monica Sue was born September 16, 1971 in Kendallville, IN, the daughter of David and Sally Baker. She married Terry Bowen on April 9, 2016 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Albert Lea, MN. Monica loved her fur babies and taking care of them. She also enjoyed attending concerts and coloring.
Monica was preceded in death by dad David Baker;mother-in-law Barbara Ann Reedstobie loving chihuahua Boomer.
Monica is survived by her husband Terry Bowen of Minnesota Lake, MN; parents Sally (Leon) Hicks, siblings: Debbie (Rex) Swager and Tim (Trina) Hewitt all of Kendallville, IN; close friends Jerome and Mandi Fehn of Minnesota Lake, MN; chihuahua Tinker; nephews Logan and Keigan Chriswell; nieces Tawaina (Brandon) Hill, Teisha Chriswell, Samantha Hewitt and children Delilah, Dalton, and Christa Hewitt; and her mother and father-in-law Ronald and Nancy Bowen of Colorado Springs, CO.

Knowing Monica only a few years , I remember when I met her She always was the friendliest person I know . She seemed to care about others and put herself last . Such a beautiful smile and warm heart . I know God truly blessed Her everyday .
