David “Randy” Farley
David “Randy” Farley, age 51, of Wells, passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 in his home. His battle with several medical issues in recent years showed his courage of facing life challenges with a smile. Despite the pain, Randy stayed strong until the end.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 4-7pm at the Wells VFW.
Randy was born May 23, 1970 to John and Marie Farley in Sterling, Illinois. He graduated from Minnesota Lake High School. He was united in marriage to Leigh Anne Harris and they had two sons Dakota and Dalton. They later divorced. Randy worked at Wells Concrete for 22 years as a yard and shipping supervisor. You could always catch Randy at the Wells Liquor Store after work enjoying a cold beer with friends. He was united in marriage to Lori Lenn and they later divorced.
Randy enjoyed football, fishing, golfing, and playing cards with family on Holidays. Anybody that knew Randy, knew his huge love for the Green Bay Packers. He was most often seen wearing his Packers jersey and hat everywhere he went. And most of the neighbors could hear Randy yelling at the tv when they were on. He will be missed by all his family and friends.
Randy is survived by his sons, Dakota (Leah) Farley, Dalton (Emma) Farley, 1 granddaughter Willow Farley. Siblings, Sharon Rumfelt, Patricia Lopez, Don (Jill) Farley, Rick (Jeri) Farley, Rhonda (Troy) Loegering, and Lisa Loegering. Several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by special friend and caretaker during his time of illness, Lori Farley.
He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Marie Farley.

To the family of Randy,
All of you have my deepest condolences on his passing. I have a lot of fun memories of staying at the farm with John and Marie and all the kids. The goats were my favorite. Hugs to all of you at this difficult time.
