Patricia “Patty” Bauman, age 93, of Kiester, MN passed peacefully on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at St. John’s Lutheran Home in Albert Lea, MN. A Memorial Service will be held at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Kiester at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 7, 2024. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 AM. The burial will take place at Rice Lake Cemetery, Foster Twp., Faribault Co., MN.
Patricia was born on a farm west of Kiester on February 6, 1931, to Donald and Olga (Hintz) Greenfield. She grew up in the area attending schools in Conger, MN, Chicago, IL, Lakota, IA and Kiester where she graduated from Kiester High School in 1949.
She was united in marriage to Arnold Bauman July 31, 1949, and they were married 64 years and enjoyed 22 years of Arnold’s retirement traveling and enjoying friends and family. She enjoyed walking and playing with her grandkids and great grandkids.
She is survived by her sons Randy (Christine Picior) of Mesquite Nevada, Alan (Hope) of Kiester; four grandchildren: Katie Maier (Ryan) of Belle Plaine, MN, Arial Bauman (Gabriel Simpson) of Atlanta, GA, Aric Bauman (Alissa) of Chatfield, MN, Calli Passingham (Drew) of Wells, MN and her brother, Derald Greenfield of Bricelyn. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren: Ainsley, Thaine, Quinn, Everly, Baron, Blayke, Rory and Luke and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arnold, in 2013 and her parents, Don in 1984 and Olga in 1993.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Kee Civic Theatre Company or Interfaith Caregivers, 415 S. Grove Steet, Blue Earth, MN 56013.

I am so sorry to hear of your mother’s passing. I enjoyed her when we visited at Shepherds Inn. She was so proud of you boys ! May God lift you up and give you peace in this time of sorrow.
