Signe was a beautiful woman inside & out plus a wonderful neighbor.
I was very fortunate to call Signe my Aunt! She married my birth father’s (Lawrence Flo) younger brother (Donald Flo). My siblings and I adored Signe and were thankful she so proud of her heritage, as were we. She was such a shining light for so many people!
