My condolences to the family. God bless.
You’re all in my thoughts and prayers!! Your mom is greatly missed!! Such a beautiful smile and/or smirk she would give is priceless!! Thank you for the honor of caring for your mom!
Ruth and Ozzey were special people in my life and I am sad both are now gone. The entire Lea Lamphier family, three generations, lived next door to where I was raised during the first six years of my life. Lea’s mother Sarah lived with us, accounting for all of the Wells Lamphiers living next to one another. I have many good memories recorded in black and white photos of Ruth and my mother Ethel together showing off their first born, Diane and me. Ozzey hired me to work at Webb Service in the summers, enabling me to buy gasoline and pay tuition at Mankato State. Ruth often was also working when I was there. Of course there were many Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners when all of us would get together. Ruth was a strong and giving woman. I am grateful for the memories.
