Michael Babcock
Michael Babcock, age, 63, of Bricelyn, MN died Saturday, May 7, 2022 at his home. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday, May 31, from 4:00-6:00 PM at the Bricelyn American Legion Post. Memorials are preferred to the Bricelyn American Legion, PO Box 97, Bricelyn, MN 56014. Military Honors will be accorded by the Bricelyn American Legion Post. Michael Steven was born April 21, 1959 in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Paul and Marilyn Donna (Johnson) Babcock. He graduated from Wells-Easton High School, the class of 1977. He served his Country in the U.S Navy. Mike had a talent and love for woodburning. He enjoyed creating custom pieces of art for people and selling his wood burnings at craft shows and Farming of Yesteryear.
He is preceded in death by his father Paul Babcock, mother Marilyn Donna Osmundson and step-father, Ed Osmundson.
He is survived by his siblings: Lori (Jeff) Rauk of Forest City, IA, Kevin (Heidi) Babcock of Jacksonville, NC, David (Sheila) Babcock of Merrifield, MN, Tim Osmundson of Forest City, IA; step-brothers: Kenny Osmundson of Delavan, Denny (Karen) Osmundson and Dale (Kathy) Osmundson, all of Blue Earth, MN; along with several nieces and nephews and their families.

I will miss Mike. He was one of the nicest guys that you could know! Haven’t seen him in awhile but I was his prom date, my condolences to the family. I will never forget him.
