We are so sorry hearing about Miles. It was always nice seeing Miles in the yard – exchanging waves and a few words. He was the perfect neighbor – so glad he was ours for 31 years! We are thinking of you.

RIP Miles, sorry to see you go.
Jennifer, I’m so sorry for the loss of your Dad. Will be praying for you and your family in the coming days. Big hugs to you.
On Saturday, July 16 at 7:45am, I was surprised to hear the ambulance & rescue “sirens”
seem so “close” to my home. When I looked out my picture window,
I was concerned when realizing the emergency was directly across the street.
Miles was a hard working, kind, caring, giving, “humorous” person & well respected.
He will be greatly missed by not only his family, but also the entire Wells community.
As the neighbor across the street, I will miss the familiarity of noticing
a good man working on his house, fixing minor repairs, trimming the bushes & mowing his lawn.
Early summer mornings, I’d see him outside reading his paper.
On nice evenings, it wasn’t unusual to see Miles take a spin on his bicycle every now and then.
All in all, we will miss him and so will everyone else.
To Mona (and all the extended family), we are “so” sorry for your loss!
Rest in Peace, Miles!
Mona & Jennifer–My deepest sympathy to you.
So sorry to hear this He always had a smile Hugs and prayers for all.
Mona, I am sorry to hear that you have to go through this painful experience of losing Miles. He was a unique individual and a lifelong friend of mine. I recall his excitement with life when he first met you. Miles and I probably knew each other in kindergarten but became friends while in Wells-Easton high school (class of 1968). After graduation we hung out sometimes in college and oddly enough, were stationed together briefly in 1971 at Fort Bliss, Texas, though I was Army and he proudly Marine. After our military service he was in my wedding party and we would see each other whenever I visited Wells. Our lives drifted apart after family and jobs came along and we last saw each other at the All School Reunion in 2014. Nevertheless, he was a dear friend and I will miss him. May God’s peace comfort you.
I am so sorry for your loss Mona and family what a treasure you have all lost
Mona, Jennifer & Jasmynn

So very sorry to hear about Miles. You have our deepest sympathies and I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
Sorry to hear of the loss of Miles. A husband, father, grandfather and friend. Known Miles since I was a little kid. And if he was walking to school, he had no problem walk with my brother Kurt and I. And talking to us. He was always an easy person to talk with. And I can say his wife was, too. Glad I had the privilege of knowing Miles and calling him a friend. He will always be remembered. And when the memory comes, a smile will to.
Sorry to hear of your loss and sudden passing of Miles. We were classmates at St. Casimir grade school and Wells High School – 1968. Lots of good times with sports at St. Casimir’s. He was the fastest runner in our class! My condolences to all of you.
