Mauricio Guerra, age 51, of Wells, MN, died Friday, April 3, 2026 at Parkview Care Center in Wells. A Prayer Service will be held on Wednesday, April 8th, at Nasinec Funeral Home in Wells at 12:00 noon.

Mauricio Guerra was born in Brownsville, TX on January 25, 1975. He worked in refinery’s in Texas for many years. He loved to start conversations and talked to everyone he came in contact with.  He was an outgoing person and loved his family most of all.  Mauricio was diagnosed with cancer in June of 2025. He battled through until the end. He is now resting in peace with no cancer, no pain.

He is survived by his mother Blanca Guerra, step-father Isreal Ramos, brother Omar Guerra, sisters Jaklyn Guerra, and Jennifer Herrera. Nieces and nephews: Lydia Garcia, Joe Garcia, Carmela Carrion, Jose Carrion, Ashley Delgado, Manuel Delgado, Jesus Delgado, Noah Guerra, Nathan Guerra, and Issac Guerra.
