Dean Jay Schroeder, age 56, of Wells, Minnesota died, Monday, August 31st at his home of natural causes. Burial will be held at a later date in Rosehill Cemetery, Wells.

He was born March 11, 1970 in Wells, the youngest child of Adrian and Darlene (Tillie) Schroder.

Dean enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family and working on anything with a motor.  He was a skilled mechanic who worked on cars, motorcycles, and lawn mowers.   He loved his dogs Benji and Dogee, they were his companions and he doted on them.  He worked at Schultz Motors in Minnesota Lake and Itron in Waseca for several years until his health did not allow him to.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, parents, sister Doris Schroeder, many aunts, uncles.

He is survived by two sisters, Doreen Nietzel, and Darcy (husband Richard) Christensen, both of Alden, MN;  along with several nieces, nephews and their families.
