Stevie Irene Haskell, the beloved newborn daughter of Keith Haskell and Ciara Schultz, was born on August 14, 2025, in Mankato and passed away peacefully with her parents by her side on August 24, 2025. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 30, 2025, at the Nasinec Funeral Home in Wells, MN (789 Business Park Drive). Visitation will be held one hour before the service. The family will have a private burial. A light lunch will follow the service.
From the very beginning, Stevie did everything her own way. She came into this world four weeks early, giving her parents barely an hour’s notice of her arrival. And she left in the same manner—early, way too early—with only about an hour’s notice, leaving behind a lifetime of love compressed into ten perfect days.
Though her time was brief, her impact will be eternal.
Her grieving parents survive her; her adoring big brother, Hayden Lee Schultz; her big sister, Ellaina Kay Haskell; her half-sisters, Amanda Haskell, Ally Haskell, of Mankato, and Carly Wimberly of Pine City; Three aunts; six uncles on her mom’s side: Aunt SkiAnn (Schultz) and Mark Christianson of Waseca, Aunt Heidi (Schultz) and Nick Ramirez of Owatonna, Aunt Heather (Schultz) and Luke Mueller of Owatonna, Uncle David of Mankato, Uncle Brandon Schultz of Mankato, and Uncle Richard Schultz of Bensenville, IL; fourteen cousins; and a large extended loving family.
She was welcomed into heaven by her natural grandparents, Rick & Janice Schultz of Owatonna, and Richard Haskell, formerly of Morton, MN.
Honorary Pallbearers are James Buchan and Brandon Schultz.
Floral arrangements may be sent through Nicole at Country Roads Floral in Wells.
