Dick had many friends across all generations and thought of many as family. You were all blessings to him.
One of the sweetest men I know. His smile…you always knew he was probably up to something 💕. Thank you the honor of caring for him. But mostly his friendship. You’re all in my thoughts and prayers for comfort.
Max, Tim & family~ Our sincere condolences to you all! Dick always had a way to make a person smile and will always carry a very special place in our families ♥️
Wonderful friendly person. My deepest sympathy to all! God bless 🙏🏻
Dick was such a friendly and caring friend who had the best dimples—I could never resist teasing him about them, and he’d always blush! Loren, Les, and our nephews shared so many fun and special times together with him—whether it was hunting, meeting up for supper, or heading up north to the cabin. Dick was truly one of the greatest people we’ve had the privilege to know, and he will be missed dearly. Sending love and prayers to all of his family and friends.
I will remember his smile and laugh. My deepest sympathy to all of you. He is now with Betty, Kay, and Roland…what a happy time for them. Big hugs to you!
My deepest condolences…
Hands down was one of my absolute favorite regulars while bartending over the years.. Always came in with a smile on his face, and gave the best bear hugs.. He’s always held, and will forever hold a special place in my heart. 💕
All my sympathy to the family and friends of Dick. Im saddened that my doctoring in Rochester will coincide with the upcoming visitation. Really enjoyed all the shenanigans Dick introduced me too. You’ll be hard pressed to find someone as quick with sarcasm and at the same time as big of heart. Heaven gained a great man!
Met Dick 30+ yrs. ago delivering fuel to freeborn county. Got a chance to work with this guy again in farming with friends and relatives. He was complementary person. Always supportive of everyone put in his life. He told me one time. ” You can do a small job with a big truck. But you can’t do a big job with a small truck. That was when I wanted to hotshot around the country with a one ton. He was right! R.I P. Dick. Love that smile.
What a guy what a friend! Great smile !Our sympathy to you all!
A good friend for many years. He will be missed. Always willing to talk.
You are all nestled gently in my thoughts. RIP, Dick.
